Little ones fall in love with their very own adopted baby doll when they enter our nursery. Appointments can be made to adopt. Dolls can also be given as gifts, and brought back after Christmas or birthdays  to finalize the adoption with our certified doll nurse!  Often, the entire family attends to witness the momentous event. Special paperwork and photo ops authenticate this treasured family experience. Any doll purchased at Learning Railroad qualifies for our unique adoption experience. Our website shows many of the dolls available.
