Using Purchase orders – Free Regional Delivery
We can process your purchase orders any way you need. Not only are many of our prices lower than Amazon, orders arrive complete in ONE BOX, tax exempt, making paperwork and reconciling a breeze. You also have the joy of supporting a small local business!
HOW TO ORDER:
- Use a teacher’s wishlist link to place an order online.
- Place an order online from scratch
- Email the list of items with purchase order number to support@learningrailroad.com
- Teacher’s select items in our retail store. We issue a quote and hold the items until the purchase order number is received.
Online Orders can be paid online by credit card, or we can invoice your school or school boards’ account. When paying online, email us for the codes for free shipping and bid discounts.
To charge to accounts, click ‘pay at pick-up’, then write billing and delivery instructions in the ‘Notes’ area. We will email invoice and include a copy with the order. Monthly statements will also be provided.

AREA schools receive FREE DELIVERY to Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Crittenden, Graves, Livingston, Marshall, Massac, McCracken and Murray districts. Purchase orders placed by Monday at 5:30 will be delivered on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Total of multiple orders being delivered should be $75 or more. This applies to personal teacher orders as well!
